Month of Regeneration
In November 2026 we are again facilitating a month of action and volunteering to support ecosystem restoration in the western Algarve.

A program to help regenerate our bioregion

The Ecosystem Regeneration Community of the Barlavento is excited to present a variety of actions and events throughout November 2026 to support the regeneration of our local ecosystem. Volunteers support these works and help scale our impact.

A full range of activities is planned throughout the month by the members of the Community. Participants and volunteers help with landscape maintenance, reforestation, and waterworks building. Tours, trainings, and workshops are also offered.

This month will be filled with a variety of ways for land stewards, agents of regeneration, and interested members of the public to get involved in ecosystem restoration!
